Ingredients: 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 cups [480 ml] buttermilk; 2 cups [280 g] cornmeal; 2 tsp baking powder; 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour; 2 eggs; 10 oz [300 g] butter, melted; ¼ cup [85 g] honey; ¼ cup [50 g] brown sugar
