Candied Nuts

This is a slightly more elaborate version of classic candied nuts. If you don’t want to do the extra steps, use the Candied Fennel Seeds recipe multiplied up for the volume of nuts you want to candy. I’m not a huge fan of warming spices and so I rarely add them, but I have included them in this recipe in case you want to make a big bowl of spiced nuts for the holidays.
