I like to add these salty nuts to the top of something creamy or a butter cake to add texture, nuttiness, and a hit of olive oil and salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup [140 g] nuts (I usually use pecans but use what’s on hand, or what you like), toasted
  • 2 Tbsp</

Method

Toss the toasted nuts with the olive oil and a big pinch of salt and then top away. Store covered at room temperature for upwards of 2 weeks or really until the nuts go rancid.
