I have no idea where this recipe came from. It is a random spread sheet in the “random recipes” folder on my computer. Judging by the quality of the spreadsheet formulas (for costing purposes), I think this came from Danielle Jamnik, a wonderful baker from whom I’ve learned so much over the years.
