This basic recipe is a good jumping-off point for just about any fruit sherbet. I make Concord grape the most often, but orange and grapefruit are also in regular rotation.
Combine the fruit juice, lemon juice, and sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the milk, stir to combine, and freeze and churn per your ice cream maker’s instructions.
