Normally I like the temperature difference between a cold and a hot fruit, but here I keep the fruit room temperature and the semifreddo cold. As always, you can substitute water for wine if you either aren’t drinking or don’t want to pour your wine in a pot instead of a glass. This recipe will make more semifreddo than is needed for four people, so either cut it in half or keep it in the freezer for subsequent meals.
