I have a real deficiency when it comes to giving good recipes cheeky, hashtaggable names. (Insert shruggy shoulder emoji.) Chicken over bread doesn’t really convey the beauty of this one-pan, complexly flavored, more-than-the-sum-of-its-parts dish, but it is all of those things.
