  • About

This drink is a real chameleon. By playing with the amounts of vodka and simple syrup but keeping the amount of half-and-half the same, you can make this drink be everything from a boozy wonder to the sort of holiday dessert drink that creeps up on you and goes down way too easy.

Ingredients

Method

  • Pour vanilla sugar onto a plate. Dampen the rim of a martini glass with water. Dip rim in vanilla sugar and roll to coat.
  • Combine vanilla, vodka, half-and-half, and vanilla simple syrup over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into sugar-rimmed glass and serve immediately.
