These are one of the things served in the bar with drinks. No matter how many are baked, they seem to get eaten just as quickly.
Rub the flour, butter, cheese, cayenne pepper and salt together by hand or whizz to a crumb in a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon of water and bind. Cling-wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
