True chocolate contains a minimum of 34% cocoa solids, made up of cocoa mass and cocoa butter. White chocolate, in contrast, has had the former removed and does not therefore have the same rich intensity as dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 24 cm / in ready-made Victoria sponge base
  • 6 tbsp Cointreau

Method

Put the sponge into a spring-form base and spoon over half the Cointreau.
