  • 10 g (¼ oz) Liquid Glucose
  • 1 Sheet Titanium Gelatine

Method

Put the glucose and 20 ml (½ fl oz) of boiling water in a bowl and stir to dissolve. Soak the gelatine sheet in cold water until softened. Squeeze the excess water from the gelatine, add to the hot water a
