A beautiful dish, this one, a minuet of opposites attracting and then dancing round the kitchen. Plump, moist shrimp meets flat, crisp legume, shrimp pink meets spring green, spiral meets straight line, rich flavor meets fresh sensible crunch. It is pretty, tasty, and easy.
