Aloo Chukauni is a traditional Nepalese dish made from boiled potatoes mixed with yoghurt, green chillies, roasted sesame seeds and a tempering of mustard seeds, turmeric, and garlic. This tangy and spicy salad is often enjoyed as a side dish or a refreshing accompaniment to main meals. I have added my ‘radikal’ twist to the recipe by incorporating mustard and dill.
