Labneh has roots in the Levant region, which includes Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Palestine. The beauty of labneh is that it can be enjoyed as either a sweet or savoury dish. It can be eaten as a dip, often garnished with olive oil, herbs, and spices for a savoury twist, or drizzled with honey and topped with fruits and nuts for a sweet treat. Labneh is my all-time favourite, and it is very easy to make at home.
