This dish, also called Sayur Lodeh, is a traditional Indonesian vegetable stew. This dish is made with a variety of vegetables cooked in a savoury coconut broth and flavoured with aromatic spices. The turmeric adds a warm, earthy note and a lovely yellow hue, while the ginger and lemongrass impart a fragrant, citrusy aroma. This is typically served with steamed rice or noodles.
