Chocolate Manhattans

Make chocolate bourbon, as in the Chocolate Martini recipe above, using bourbon instead of gin or vodka.

Shake one part with two parts of red martini and some crushed ice, add a cocktail cherry and serve in a straight-sided whisky tumbler.
