  • About

Tirokafteri, which translates as ‘hot cheese’, is a traditional cheese spread salad which differs from region to region throughout Greece. Also known as ‘kopanisti’, it is one of our few spicy traditional dishes. Garnished with refreshing chopped tomatoes, this spicy feta cheese dip is good enough just on its own spread onto pitta bread.
