This simple garnish adds a fresh, vibrant finish to meze dishes and while you can use your favourite herbs, this combination is perfect.

Ingredients

  • 50 g flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 25 g dill
  • 50 g

Method

  • Finely chop the parsley and dill and mix in with the spring onions. Store in a lidded container in the fridge until required.
