We Greeks refer to the former Constantinople as The City, and the style of cooking that emerged from it, ‘City-Style’. Artichokes City-Style is a delicious vegetarian stew with artichokes, carrots and potatoes, flavoured with lemon and dill.
Serve as a main course or a delicious side dish. This also makes a great Lenten entrée. Good with extra snipped dill to garnish and crusty bread.
