I love the crunch of seeds in sweet fresh figs, and this recipe is a favourite way to enjoy them, either for breakfast or as a healthy snack anytime of the day. They’re quick to make and delicious.
In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, cinnamon and cloves. Sweeten with 2 tsp. honey. Chill until required.
Halve the figs through the stalk and brush the cut side with a little more honey. Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the figs cut-side down for 5 minutes or until softened and nicely browned.
