You will find coffee like this served all over the Greek and Middle Eastern world. Some call it Turkish coffee, some Egyptian coffee, some Arabic coffee, but as it all started in Greece, we call ours Greek coffee!
Making Greek coffee is an art form and cannot be rushed. If you do, you will not get the ‘kaimaki’, that frothy cream on the surface, which is the sign of a good coffee.
