Is this a classic Irish dessert? It is nowadays. For some reason—perhaps simply that all Europeans really like good chocolate—Ireland has become host to some exceptional homegrown chocolatiers, and Irish-owned grocery stores such as Superquinn have chocolate aisles that are wonderful to behold.
