  • 250 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 50 g

Method

  1. In a bowl add the natural yoghurt and mix with a whisk.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the vanilla pod lengthways and and using the back of the knife gently scrape out all the seeds. Add the seeds to the yoghurt and and mix well so all the vanilla seeds are evenly distributed through the yoghurt.
