- Preheat the oven to 140°C. Roughly chop all the nuts put them into a large mixing bowl, add the oats and seeds and set aside.
- Mix together the syrup ingredients, put into a small saucepan and heat gently. Pour the syrup over the nut mixture and mix well.<
