Granola

  • 60 g whole unskinned almonds
  • 40 g brazil nuts
  • 40

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 140°C. Roughly chop all the nuts put them into a large mixing bowl, add the oats and seeds and set aside.
  2. Mix together the syrup ingredients, put into a small saucepan and heat gently. Pour the syrup over the nut mixture and mix well.<
