  • 200 g girolles, or other wild mushrooms, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Wash the girolles very carefully as they are fragile and break easily. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. If the girdles are large, just cut them in half, but they are better small and whole, Put the olive oil and a few drops of lemon into a bowl and marinate them for 30 minutes.
