Ingredients

  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 1 large shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method

  • Heat a large frying pan or a wok and add the oil.
  • Slice the shallots, garlic and chilli, and sweat in the oil for 3 minutes.
  • Add the peas, fry for 2 minutes, add a splash of water to help the peas cook though. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve.
