- 25 ml olive oil
- 1 large shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- Heat a large frying pan or a wok and add the oil.
- Slice the shallots, garlic and chilli, and sweat in the oil for 3 minutes.
- Add the peas, fry for 2 minutes, add a splash of water to help the peas cook though. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve.
