  • 2 aubergines
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g yoghurt

Method

  1. Prick the aubergines with a fork and cook over a gas flame for 10 minutes, turning all the time. The aubergines should be black and charred.
  2. Place on a tray, cover with foil and roast in the oven at 150°C for 15 minutes.</
