Ingredients

  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 ml

Method

  1. Grate the cauliflower on a cheese grater, toast the hazelnuts, crush and add.
  2. Mix in the rest of ingredients, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve. Brilliant with fish or as a light snack.
