  • 2 slices of fresh bread, granary or whole meal
  • olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic<

Method

  • Slice the bread thinly, brush with the olive oil, rub with the garlic and place onto a tray in a medium hot oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Using a sharp knife, roughly chop the sun blushed tomatoes and the black olives. This can be done all together. Place into a bowl.
