  • 2 medium uncooked Scottish lobster tails
  • ¼ large or ½ small mooli (Japanese radish)
  • olive oil

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Uncurl the lobster tails and place them together, head to tail end with their flesh sides touching. Secure with kitchen string. This will ensure the the tails do not curl up when cooking.
