Chicken

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Rinse the salmon gently under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the ginger dressing in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, remove from the heat, strain and cool.
  3. Place the salmon onto a grill tray and cook under a hot grill until just cooked.
