  • 500 g thick sirloin steak, fat removed
  • 60 ml fish sauce

Method

  1. Marinate the beef in 2 tablespoons of the fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice, place into a bowl and leave for 3 hours or even overnight in the fridge.
  2. Drain the beef, discard any remaining marinade. Chargrill the beef on a grill plate or BBQ until cooked rar
