Method
Preheat the oven to
200°C
.
Place the zest and juice of the lemon in a large bowl, then add the rabbit pieces, a glug of olive oil and season with freshly ground black pepper. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Warm a heatproof casserole dish on a
