Name: Chocolate dipped strawberries

Ingredients: 1 punnet strawberries; 1 lb good quality chocolate; 50 g chopped nuts

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring as It melts. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

Skewer the strawberries with a cocktail stick and dip into the chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to fall off.

Whilst the chocolate Is still melted, sprinkle some of the nuts over the top.

Place in a cool place and allow the chocolate to set.<
