  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • zest ½ orange
  • zest ½

Method

  1. Mix the mustard with the orange, lime and lemon zest.
  2. Add the orange, lemon and lime juice, followed by the sherry vinegar and season.
  3. Slowly whisk in the ground nut oil.
  4. Finally add the chopped shallot, ginger and diced tomatoes.
