  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 400 ml a

Method

  1. Freeze the bananas in a sandwich bag, after peeling. This is a great way if using up bananas that have browned.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly.
  3. Loosen with a little extra almond milk if the mixture seems too thick.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve.
