Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • 250 g low fat natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Add all the mango and yoghurt to a blender and mix thoroughly.
  2. Loosen with a little extra milk if the mixture seems too thick.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
