  • 35 g almonds
  • 35 g walnuts
  • 35 g

Method

  1. Take all the nuts and water, cover and place into the microwave (900w) on full power for 2 minutes and then cool down.
  2. Juice the apples, put into a blender. Add the chilled nuts, raisins, frozen fruits, yoghurt and blend.
