  • 1 punnet of blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 vanilla pod, scraped

Method

  1. Place the blueberries and 1 banana into a blender and purée with the scraped vanilla pod until nice and smooth; at this point add some soya milk until it reaches a desired consistency.
  2. Rinse the blender and add the remaining banana and purée, adding some soya milk to reach desired consistency. Pour over the first purée so that you get a purple smoothie with a yell
