  • 1 basic focaccia recipe, except that the dough should be made with cups plus 2 teaspoons/180

Method

Make the focaccia as indicated in the basic recipe except that when you make the dough, use less flour as described above and incorporate the mashed potatoes. Otherwise, this focaccia is made like the standard one.
