Method

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Place the flour on a flat work surface and form a well in the middle. Add the salt and then add the water, a little at a time. Amalgamate the flour, water, and olive oil to form a dough. Knead it gently, and just long enough for it to be smooth to the touch
