  • 6 slices thin white-bread toast, cut into 4 triangles

Method

After preparing the spinach, toast the bread and top it with some of the spinach. You may additionally choose to drizzle a couple of drops of olive oil on the toast before adding the spinach. Similarly, a couple of crystals of coarse sea salt atop the spinach is also very good.
