I tasted these delicacies at the Osteria del Cannon d’Oro in Badalucco. To look at this little restaurant you would not think that it produces outstanding food, but indeed it does. The area nearby provides superb ingredients, starting with fabulous olive oil but also good wheat and vegetables.
