These are made just like regular trofie, except that there is a presence of chestnut flour. They go well with pesto, but their ideal sauce is Marò, made with fresh fava beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/120 g unbleached wheat flour
  • 2 cups/240

Method

Combine the two flours before making the dough. Proceed as indicated in the directions for trofie.
