  • 1 tablespoon/15 ml Ligurian extravirgin olive oil

Method

Put the olive oil and butter in a saucepan, and melt over low heat so that the oil and butter combine but do not burn. Add the mushrooms and cook gently for about 3 minutes, all the while stirring gently.
