Pollo con limón y ajillo is one of the simplest and most delicious ways to serve chicken. It makes a good tapas dish, served with cocktail sticks to pick up the little strips of richly flavoured chicken, or a supper for two, with fried potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 30 ml/2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Remove the little fillet from the back of each breast. If the breast still looks fatter than a finger, bat it with a rolling pin to make it thinner. Slice all the chicken meat into strips.
