    There are many variations of this classic, refreshing mixture of iced wine and citrus juice.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pared lemon rind strips
    • juice of 2 lemons
    • juice of 4 oranges

    Method

    1. Put the lemon rind, fruit juice and sugar in a large jug and chill.
    2. To serve, pour the wine, soda water and ice cubes into the jug. Stir, then pour into tall glasses.
