Easy Chicken Broth with vegetables

I have a great love of broths. A broth is like a light soup. But it’s also like a light stew. And while I can’t really place this broth in a specific place in my childhood, it feels as if it belonged there. There is something so familiar, so comforting about chicken and vegetables in a nourishing broth, as if it definitely did come from my mother’s kitchen.
