This is a really quick, easy supper option. It’s what Maryke makes for us when it’s been a rough day and I’m working late. I didn’t think I’d like this so much but I do. I’m usually not a chicken breast kind of guy (I like bones and skin, as I think they contain a lot of the flavour), but it works well in this dish.
