This is a different approach to making stir-fry. I don’t like overcooked beef in a stir-fry and this one tastes great, with meat cooked the way you like it. I love stir-fries because I’ve always loved vegetables. And this way, you get to eat your favourite veggies in a crunchy state – because stir-fry vegetables must never be pap (soggy); you must be able to bite into them.
